Powder----Molding----Extracting and removing the mold process automatically and continuously
Mechanical medium die forced floating, pull-off demolding, non-simultaneous three-pressurization to achieve two-way pressing
The demoulding position is constant, and the demolding stroke does not need to be adjusted.
Pressing stroke, stepping stroke stepless adjustment and scale indication
With pneumatic protection demoulding function and stepless adjustment of force and stroke
Can be operated by jog, adjustment, single cycle, continuous operation
The frequency conversion speed control model has phase loss, over current and over torque protection functions
The pressure can be stopped at the pressing position, and the holding time can be set arbitrarily
The internal movement of the machine is concentrated, timed, quantitatively lubricated, and there is under pressure and oil filter clogging alarm.
The machine is stopped and operated by a pneumatic clutch
All operating procedures are displayed, controlled, set and adjusted by the digitizer-PLC--touch screen man-machine interface.
