FEPA系列电动压机机型基本功能
FEPA 型电动压机是最新设计伺服马达直驱成形设备,压机用于硬质合金,以及其他粉体材料的成形。压机在动态性能,灵活性以及经济性上都开创了一个新的水准。
FEPA 型电动压机为四立柱直线导轨与模架式组合设计,包含一个填料装置。填料装置安装在压机的左侧面,压机 的后方可根据需求配置自动化取排坯单元。压机连接上动梁和下动梁的运动主动梁嵌入在立柱上的高精度线性导向系统,高精度上一下一型模架有效的与上、下动梁连接,脱模方式为阴模下浮脱模。
FEPA型电动压机采用伺服控制的运动轴:上压驱动伺服运动轴、阴模驱动伺服运动轴、填料驱动伺服运动轴。
上压驱动的运动轴也可以对压力作质量闭环控制。工业计算机控制,工艺程序的设置通过人机交互式界面自动程序生成器 APG 来完成。
Basic functions of FEPA series electric press models
The FEPA electric press is the latest design of servo motor direct drive forming equipment. The press is used for forming carbide and other powder materials. The press sets a new level in terms of dynamic performance, flexibility and economy.
The FEPA electric press is a four-column linear guide and mold frame combination design, including a filling device. The filling device is installed on the left side of the press, and an automated billet removal unit can be configured behind the press according to requirements. The moving active beam of the press that connects the upper and lower moving beams is embedded in a high-precision linear guide system on the column.
