安全保障:
为保证压机的安全生产需要,压机设置多重安全保护设置装。
1、手动卸压阀。当出现紧急情况或者故障时,人工可开启此阀,压机卸压保护,关闭后方可重新升压。
2、压力传感器与电器控制系统.当出现工作压力高于预设压力值时,电器控制系统自动停止增压系统工作,并控制卸压系统卸压保护。
3、控制柜设置停机工作按钮,启动后可在任意一个工作阶段中途停止压机工作。
4、电器控制程序的互锁。压机严格按照工作程序运行,前一程序未完成或者出现故障,将不能进行下一步程序的进行,并发出运行故障信息,排除故障后方可继续下一步程序运行。

Security:
In order to ensure the safe production of the press, the press is equipped with multiple safety protection devices.
1. Manual pressure relief valve. When an emergency or malfunction occurs, this valve can be opened manually to relieve the pressure of the press for protection, and it can only be closed before the pressure can be increased again.
2. Pressure sensor and electrical control system. When the working pressure is higher than the preset pressure value, the electrical control system automatically stops the boosting system and controls the pressure relief protection of the pressure relief system.
3. The control cabinet is equipped with a stop button, which can stop the press in the middle of any working stage after starting.
4. Interlocking of electrical control programs. The press operates in strict accordance with the working procedures. If the previous procedure is not completed or a failure occurs, the next procedure will not be carried out and an operation fault message will be issued. Only after the fault is eliminated can the next procedure be continued.
